Personal training is more than just having someone with expertise and experience guide you through your workouts. Fully Individualized programming means to be subjected to goal-oriented and challenging programmes that help to make you better than you were yesterday.


PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING

Partner Personal Training — Bring a friend!

Fitness is a lot more fun when you do it with a friend. Bring a friend, family member, coworker or spouse to train with you! A full movement assessment will set the foundation for your programs. They can be done at the same time or split my attention between the two of you.


SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-Private Personal Training — Individualized Programming at a Lower Cost

Semi-Private Personal Training is NOT group fitness. You and up to 2 other people will train at the same time, sharing my attention. You still receive a fully customized program, support and specialized coaching from an expert coach.
